Taskbar Explainer Key
The taskbar runs horizontally on the left side of the page this taskbar acts as the navigation for Bigtincan Hub. Below is a complete breakdown of what each icon represents and what they control. *You may not have access to all of these icons.
Home: This is the landing page you will arrive on that shows your Featured Stories, Channels, Bookmarks, and Recommended.
Content: This is where you will find all of your Channels and Stories.
Calendar: This feature is coming soon!
Activity: This is where you will find all the activity that is happening within your countries tab. You’ll be able to see who is creating and updating content in real-time.
Me: This is where you will find the breakdown of all of your activity as well as where you can update your profile information.
Archive: This is where you will find any content that has been removed from the content tab whether it’s entire channels, stories, or individual pieces of content.
Reports: This is where you will be able to find your Personal Reports or create Custom Reports.
Platform Configuration: This is where you will find the customization settings for General, Customization, Custom Home, and Hubshare Portal
Help: This will open a new window in your web browser where you will find helpful articles to the Bigtincan Hub for Administrators, End Users, Publishers, and Developers. You also have the option of using the search bar to input your question directly.
