1. Visit https://rdci.app.bigtincan.co.uk/
2. Select the "Cloud" radio button and select "Forgot Password" to create a password.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to create a password and then navigate back to https://rdci.app.bigtincan.co.uk/ to log in via the Cloud option.
