Training: Building a Journey

Journey Builder provides the tools for an affiliate to create custom journeys. In the last section, you learned all journeys begin with an entry point that injects customers into the journey. However, the activities in Journey Builder make up the bulk of a customer journey. The activities along the journey determine when a customer will receive automated messages and what messages they will receive. Eventually, customers will exit the journey. In this section, you will learn all the possible activities that can be included in a journey. It is important to map out your journey with activity cards before building it in Journey Builder.
