Planning for a journey reduces the chance of mistakes later in the journey building process. Before playing around in Journey Builder, you must plan your journey in full to make sure you have all the pieces you need. The first step is to determine the goal you are trying to achieve with your journey. Next, you will identify the data you have and the data you still need. Once you confirm you have everything you need, you can map out your journey using Journey Builder flashcards. In this section, you will learn how to develop and map a journey in a 60 minutes process.
