The Health panel in Journey Builder shows goal and journey population data for a running or stopped journey. Find out how your journey is doing by viewing journey health.
- Hover over Journey Builder and select Journey Builder.
- Navigate to and select the journey you would like to view.
- Select
in the upper right corner. - View goal and journey populations:
- Goal – This is the goal you specified before activating the journey.
- Current Population – This is the number of people that have entered and exited the journey.
- Exit - This number represents contacts that left the journey because they met exit criteria.
- Contacts Past Due in Wait - This number represents the total number of contacts that are in a wait period that is at least 60 minutes past when the wait is scheduled to expire. Due to system limitations, the Alerts section is refreshed every 60 minutes. This threshold is not editable.
