Using the Manage Content Dashboard

Expand the Menu option at the top of the browser window, and click Manage Content
(rather than hovering over it to view the
navigation options beneath it). This will let
you see, sort and manage all of your current site content.

1. Search or Filter: Enter information in one or more of the fields and click Apply to quickly find content.

a. Title: Enter a portion of a page or article
title.

b. Type: Select the template type to narrow
results.

c. Published: Find live or pending content.

d. Language: Select the language applicable
to your website. This is especially important
on multi-language sites as it affects URL and placement.

2. Operations: Select one or more pages using
the checkboxes at the left of the items on the list below, then Publish, Unpublish or Delete pages as a group. You must click Execute to proceed.

3. Page Listing: Pages are listed in the order they have been updated, with the most recently updated pages appearing first.

4. Edit and Delete Options: You may click Edit or Delete to the right of any individual
page name as needed. This makes it easy to search for and update pages throughout
the site quickly and easily. If you select Delete, a confirmation will appear to make
sure you want the page removed.

! Any time you edit content, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to preview your changes and save or publish before moving on.
