How does a country make a decision to move forward? Are there 1:1 sessions available to help countries to further answer detailed questions and clarify before decisions on go/no go for any country?
Yes. Our aim here is to gauge internal interest. Once the capability questionnaire is returned we will set up a 1:1 discussion to deep dive into the details and work with the countries to further assess how easily a specific market could easily slot into the current solution or whether they need to wait until additional functionality is available.
What is meant by Business Case for eCommerce?
We use a high level business case template with 5 questions asking the affiliate to outline the projected revenue, projectable market, cost efficiencies which could be recognized…. Once received, we will compile into a single presentation or submission to the IPC and CMI boards for next steps. This then leads into a technical assessment
When are countries approved by IPC, before or after the assessment?
After the capability assessment and simple business cases have been completed, then the IPC and CMI committee can determine where the country can slot into the launch schedule.
Do you already have a completed assessment from an ODG which can be shared for other ODGs to review and understand complexities?
Yes, next week we should have the assessment back from Korea which we can share.
What needs to be presented to the IPC and CMI boards?
Capability assessment to better understand your local business processes and then a business case to understand addressable market and projected revenue.
